User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

Rent Payments

- Landlords receive rent payments according to their configured payout schedule

- We are not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds or incorrect payment information
Refunds
Refund policies for specific services will be communicated at the time of purchase. Disputes regarding payments should be directed to our support team.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hyrea and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.
User Content

Indemnification

Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
