User Conduct

Rent Payments

Tenants may pay rent through our platform using supported payment methods
Landlords receive rent payments according to their configured payout schedule
Payment processing fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of transaction
We are not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds or incorrect payment information

Refunds

Refund policies for specific services will be communicated at the time of purchase. Disputes regarding payments should be directed to our support team.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hyrea and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Content

We do not endorse or guarantee any properties, landlords, or tenants on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyrea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Indemnification

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
