Infrastructure: Supabase (AWS) for database and authentication, Vercel edge network for global delivery, Plaid and Lean for bank integrations. Your financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit, protected by row-level security policies, and backed up continuously.

Why I built Hyrea
I spent too many evenings matching bank rows to tenants in spreadsheets. Chasing payments that should have matched themselves. Rebuilding the same owner statement every month. And every time I looked for software that actually solved it, I found either overpriced platforms built for accountants, or free tools that broke at the third property.
So I built what I wished existed. Bank sync that categorizes automatically. Rent that matches itself to the right tenant. Owner statements that generate in one click. And a pricing page that does not require a sales call to see.
What I believe
If it feels complicated, we have failed. If a feature reduces worry, it should cost money, not be hidden behind a sales call. If you need to read a manual to use it, the software is wrong, not you.
Your data belongs to you. Full CSV export, data portability, and account deletion at any time. No lock-in, no barriers to leaving. If you stay, it is because the product earns it, not because you cannot move.
