Hyrea is built in Stockholm but designed for property managers and landlords wherever they are. Manage a portfolio in London and another in Dubai from the same dashboard. Multi-currency support keeps every number in a currency you choose. The dashboard remains a single pane of glass.
Swedish engineering has a tradition of building things that just work. Spotify, Klarna, Trustly. Hyrea follows the same philosophy: solid infrastructure, clear design, no shortcuts on security. It also means transparency where this industry prefers fog. Prices are published, the product speaks both English and Swedish, and you judge it with your own portfolio instead of a slide deck.
Security is not a feature tier. Your financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and two-factor authentication protects your account. Every user sees only their own records: tenants never see your finances, and owners see only the statements you deliver.

Why I built Hyrea
I spent too many evenings matching bank rows to tenants in spreadsheets. Chasing payments that should have matched themselves. Rebuilding the same owner statement every month. And every time I looked for software that actually solved it, I found either overpriced platforms built for accountants, or free tools that broke at the third property.
So I built what I wished existed. Transactions that categorize themselves. Rent that matches itself to the right tenant. Owner statements that draft themselves. And deadlines that chase themselves, so I never had to.
Hyrea is young, and I would rather earn trust than claim it. Every number in the product traces back to its source, so you never have to take my word for your own books. Bring your portfolio and see. If it does not give you back an evening in its first month, it is not doing its job.
What I believe
If it feels complicated, I have failed. If a feature reduces worry, it should have a price on the pricing page, not be hidden behind a sales call. If you need to read a manual to use it, the software is wrong, not you.
Your data belongs to you. Full CSV export, data portability, and account deletion at any time. No lock-in, no barriers to leaving. If you stay, it is because the product earns it, not because you cannot move.
Hyrea is a tool, not a rulebook. It deliberately encodes no country's rental law, which is why it works in Stockholm, London, and Dubai alike. You shape it to how you operate, and knowing the rules of your own market stays your responsibility, the same as it would be with a spreadsheet. Hyrea's job is to keep your records clean enough to make that easy.
